General

All Jewellery By Xiao pieces are hand made by Xiao. We use recycled precious metals and genuine natural gemstones. Due to this nature, please expect slight variations between the product images and the pieces you receive.

Returns

Jewellery By Xiao does not offer change of heart refunds. However if you're not happy with your purchase, we can offer free exchange (excluding postage) for another item in stock or a store credit. Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact us at jewellerybyxiao@gmail.com  to discuss. All return or exchange items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping​

We endeavour to post your order within 3 business days. Orders from Jewellery By Xiao will be shipped via Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping: $10 for standard post and $15 for express post. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 and free express shipping on orders over $300. Free shipping is automatically applied at check-out. Please leave your mobile number at check-out for parcel tracking.

Your order is packaged in 100% biodegradable bubble wrap and mailer.

Repairs

Jewellery By Xiao offers free repairs (excluding postage and handling) on items deemed damaged due to poor quality. Items damaged due to wear-and-tear may be repaired for a small fee. Please contact us for more information.

We do not collect your credit card information. We will never share your private information with any third parties, excluding Australia Post for shipping purposes only.
